Coordinates product and service supply for customer projects, maintaining schedules, reports, communications, and risk tracking. Leads cross-functional teams, coordinates production, supply chain, assembly, machine service, customers, and vendors, and facilitates meetings and problem-solving. Ensures project commitments, product availability, scheduling, and environmental management responsibilities are met while supporting projects of varying complexity.

Lead R&D for industrial process automation products (sensors, electronics, controls, embedded software, mechanics). Drive product strategy, IP and roadmap, manage global engineering teams and external partners, establish engineering processes and metrics, and ensure product development from requirements through launch and sustaining.

Design and sustain electrical systems across product lifecycle, develop analog and high-speed/RF circuits and layouts, run EVT verification testing, troubleshoot and test assemblies using lab instruments, and collaborate cross-functionally to meet certifications and customer requirements.
