Essential Duties & Responsibilities:   

  • Support and drive design projects by maintaining focus on key design priorities, customer requirements, product growth, and relevant technological trends. 

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enable rapid, high-quality design execution. 

  • Sustain and refine electrical designs throughout the full product life cycle, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement. 

  • Plan and conduct experiments, perform EVT verification testing, analyze results, and produce clear technical documentation. 

  • Develop analog circuits and electrical layouts using industry standard tools, while defining and evaluating design requirements with project and product leaders. 

  • Complete Role Standard Work and deliver all other duties as assigned. 

 

Required Skills/Abilities: 

  • Ability to build teams and communicate on international level 

  • Experience with industry requirements, certification (e.g. EN, UL, TÜV, RoHS, IPC) 

  • Experience using industrial data bus standards (e.g. RS-485, IOLink, ProfiNET, Modbus TCP/RTU, Bluetooth) 

  • Component operation, selection & usage 

  • Circuit assembly, test, troubleshooting 

  • High-speed or RF circuit design & layout 

  • Test and debug using appropriate tools 

  • Logic analyzer/Protocol analyzer 

  • DMM & Oscilloscope 

  • Spectrum analyzer 

 

Education and Experience: 

  • Minimum Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or similar technical degree 

  • 2-6 years of professional experience in a related field. 

 

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements: 

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. 

  • The employee is frequently required to sit. 

  • The employee is occasionally required to stand and walk 

  • The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.   

  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. 

  • While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.  

  • The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. 

Salary Range: 100k - 140k
