Develops and delivers HVAC, job-specific, policy, culture, and professional development training through in-person, virtual, and online formats. Responsibilities include identifying training needs, designing curricula and materials, facilitating sessions, administering the LMS, coordinating schedules, tracking completion, evaluating effectiveness, and collaborating with leaders, product managers, subject-matter experts, and vendors.

Supports integrated marketing campaigns across print, email, web, social media, and digital channels. Creates product promotions, catalogs, blog posts, videos, social content, website updates, and internal communications. Coordinates marketing calendars, vendor-sponsored materials, branch distribution, events, and sales support. Monitors social engagement, tracks campaign performance, and collaborates with product, sales, regional, branch, and culture teams.

Manage accounts receivable and collections activities: establish and review credit limits, apply credit policy, evaluate customer creditworthiness, review active accounts, resolve customer concerns, and work with the team to maximize sales while minimizing losses.
