Provide HR administrative support including pre-employment screening, offer letters, background checks, I-9 and E-Verify processing, onboarding, employment/unemployment verifications, workers' compensation, labor and safety compliance, job postings, confidential record management, and scanning/uploading files.

Manage website product content and customer experience, maintain ERP connectivity, coordinate with Purchasing and Product Managers, handle support cases with hosting platform, produce training materials, assist customers with accounts, and provide phone and general customer service.

Sell HVAC products to contractors by building and maintaining account relationships, following up on leads, identifying customer needs, developing opportunities, conducting professional sales calls, and reducing sales attrition while working as part of a team.

Manage accounts receivable and collections activities: establish and review credit limits, apply credit policy, evaluate customer creditworthiness, review active accounts, resolve customer concerns, and work with the team to maximize sales while minimizing losses.

Provide IT support across company locations: respond to service desk tickets, maintain workstations, servers, networks, ERP and VoIP systems, set up users, monitor uptime, manage IT inventory, create user guides, and support web and social media presence.

Lead growth of residential and light-commercial VRF and mini-split product sales across multiple Western states. Develop and manage sales programs and promotions, collaborate with regional and territory sales managers, train staff and customers, and ensure sales and profit targets are met. Frequent travel required.
