Design, implement, optimize, and support core, transport, and access telecom networks (especially wireless core). Manage projects, maintain documentation and network records, monitor performance, troubleshoot complex protocol and service issues (IMS, VoLTE/VoWiFi/VoNR), and ensure compliance with engineering standards and security policies.

Lead Business Analyst partners with leadership to analyze data, evaluate processes, define requirements, build reports/dashboards, drive cross-functional improvements, and deliver executive-ready insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and business outcomes.

Lead ownership and continuous improvement of assigned customer journey stages. Drive cross-functional CX initiatives from analysis through delivery, monitor journey KPIs, perform root-cause analysis, maintain CX backlog and documentation, embed VoC insights, and deliver executive reporting to improve satisfaction, loyalty, and operational outcomes.
