Designs, configures, tests, and maintains enterprise service management workflows, integrations, automations, dashboards, and reports. Translates business requirements into technical solutions, leads workflow design, supports system upgrades, troubleshoots issues, documents processes, and collaborates with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams.
