Lead social programming strategy and manage the programming team for The Shop and related Originals, overseeing content calendars, publishing workflows, YouTube optimization, QC, cross-team collaboration, performance analysis, and culturally driven social storytelling to grow audience and engagement.

Manage end-to-end YouTube channel operations across multiple channels: schedule and publish videos, design high-CTR thumbnails, write SEO-optimized metadata, moderate and engage communities, configure monetization, monitor analytics, produce weekly performance reports, and develop platform strategy to drive audience growth and ad revenue.
