Shapes conversations into engaging stories using pacing, sound, music, graphics, archive, and visual storytelling. Collaborates with producers, creative and social teams, applies audience retention insights, maintains organized project files and version control, and ensures technically compliant publishing. The role also supports videography and photography while managing deadlines and improving workflows with new editing technologies and AI tools.

Owns the technical capture of The Diary of a CEO across picture, sound, lighting, switching, and multi-format delivery. Leads freelance production crews, maintains broadcast-grade standards, protects sensitive recording environments, and manages global production logistics. The role also requires post-production skills in video editing, sound mixing, and Photoshop, plus continuous improvement of capture workflows and technologies. Extensive international travel is required.
