Serve as the front-line point of contact and office coordinator, managing visitor experience, workplace requests (Jira), vendor and building relationships, event logistics, workstation setup, safety and facilities oversight, and ad hoc admin projects to ensure a welcoming, organized, and high-functioning office.

Execute end-to-end ocean and air shipment lifecycles, maintain data integrity, coordinate with transportation and warehousing partners, handle exceptions, follow SOPs, meet KPIs/SLAs, and use metrics to drive operational improvements.

Lead and grow a Trade Advisory team providing customs and trade compliance advice. Oversee client portfolios, develop service offerings, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor associates, and drive operational and revenue goals.
