Manage ocean carrier procurement for the Transpacific-Eastbound trade, including rate negotiations, RFP strategy, carrier relationships, contract pricing, and procurement operations. Partner with commercial and demand teams to win and support business, communicate market intelligence, lead cross-functional meetings, and execute trade strategy globally. The role also handles escalations, develops scalable processes, and requires regional and international travel.

Designs fulfillment solutions for complex enterprise clients from pre-sales through implementation. Responsibilities include warehouse workflow design, slotting and storage strategy, WMS/ERP integration planning, time studies, facility and equipment cost scoping, cost-to-serve modeling, implementation timelines, and process improvement. Partners with Sales, Operations, Product, Technology, Pricing, and Implementation teams while developing reusable solutioning frameworks and ensuring operational and regulatory compliance.

As a Global Operations Specialist, you will manage the shipment lifecycle for ocean and air freight, ensure data integrity, and maintain communication with partners to minimize delays in transit.
