Execute ocean and air freight shipments from booking through final delivery. Coordinate with transportation and warehousing partners, maintain shipment and client data accuracy, track schedules, resolve exceptions, and communicate cross-functionally. Follow SOPs, KPIs, and SLAs while using operational metrics to identify improvements and ensure shipments move on time. The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, compliance awareness, and proficiency with spreadsheet and productivity software.

Drive new business and expand existing accounts for Flexport’s LCL and buyers consolidation services across North America. Responsibilities include prospecting, pricing, bid management, full-cycle sales, client relationship growth, sales collateral, pipeline reporting, and process improvement. The role partners closely with APAC product and operations teams to improve service quality, pricing, and scalable processes while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

Own end-to-end automation and strategic fulfillment initiatives, from problem definition and ROI modeling through implementation and post-launch performance tracking. Evaluate and deploy warehouse automation such as ASRS, robotics, conveyors, and goods-to-person systems. Build SQL, Python, and BI tools; develop operational workflows, SOPs, KPIs, and network roadmaps; and partner with engineering, product, operations, finance, and leadership to scale solutions and manage major capital investments.

Own and evolve Flexport’s implementation methodology, create standardized playbooks, and lead client implementations from award through steady-state delivery. Scope awarded business, build project plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage critical paths, report status and risks to leadership, adapt plans as conditions change, and capture lessons learned to improve future implementations.

Lead and grow a Trade Advisory team providing customs and trade compliance advice. Oversee client portfolios, develop service offerings, ensure regulatory compliance, mentor associates, and drive operational and revenue goals.

Manage and execute post-entry filings (PSC, protests), monitor liquidation statuses, maintain trackers, run analytics and reporting, coordinate automation and ACE portal access, interface with CBP and clients, manage deadlines, invoices, SOPs, and support Trade Advisory operations.

As a Global Operations Specialist, you will manage the shipment lifecycle for ocean and air freight, ensure data integrity, and maintain communication with partners to minimize delays in transit.

The Global Operations Associate will manage customer supply chains, ensure shipment quality, handle client issues, and coordinate logistics within a regional network.

Manage HS classification service and projects, research and assign Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifications, audit accuracy, maintain client databases, track CBP regulations and Section 301 tariffs, prepare deliverables, and support trade advisory infrastructure and stakeholder communication.

Sell Flexport's tech-enabled supply chain and fulfillment solutions by prospecting, closing net-new deals, upselling existing customers, managing onboarding, collaborating with operations, and running regular business reviews to optimize clients' supply chains.
