Provide floater branch coverage delivering exceptional member service, build relationships, cross-sell Credit Union products, handle transactions and advanced account maintenance, troubleshoot fraud and card issues, accept and close consumer loan applications, promote remote channels, complete operational reports, and assist management with daily branch operations.

The Sr. Member Service Officer delivers superior member service, builds relationships, sells products, and resolves account issues at the Credit Union.

Assist the Branch Manager in overseeing operations, training staff, managing financial services, and ensuring quality service and sales goals are met.
