Support TEAMS sales reps with quoting, invoicing, contract entry, CRM cleanup, catalog and pricing maintenance. Produce sales ops reporting, fix CRM/data issues using SQL/Looker, coordinate cross-functionally, and document scalable processes to increase sales efficiency.

Lead FIGS' market entry and growth in Mexico by building local healthcare communities, managing influencer and ambassador programs, executing region-specific campaigns and events, overseeing brand consistency, tracking performance metrics, and partnering with global teams. Act as cultural translator and steward while managing vendors and driving grassroots engagement to deepen brand presence.

Lead FIGS' organic discovery across traditional SEO and emerging AI platforms. Own technical SEO health (crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data), site architecture, internal linking, and on-page optimization. Build AEO strategy for LLM visibility, run experiments, manage vendors, align cross-functional partners, and present performance and roadmaps to senior leadership to drive organic revenue and brand visibility.
