Own the full sales cycle for net-new mid-market audit and advisory accounts, from prospecting through negotiation and close. Build executive, operational, and technical relationships; conduct consultative discovery; deliver solution walkthroughs; develop territory and account plans; maintain accurate CRM forecasting; collaborate cross-functionally; and achieve revenue targets. The role is remote in the United States and requires up to 30% regional and national travel.

Provide technical and product support to Fieldguide customers through email, phone, and chat. Troubleshoot platform issues, guide users on features and best practices, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Design, support database setup and template creation, contribute to onboarding and retention, and maintain help documentation. The role requires a customer-focused, adaptable team player comfortable working remotely from 2pm to 11pm PT in a startup environment.

Own Fieldguide’s B2B demand generation engine across webinars, nurture tracks, email campaigns, content distribution, ABM coordination, and event promotion. Manage campaign calendars, segmentation, conversion measurement, pipeline reporting, and lifecycle programs. Partner with marketing and sales teams while using AI to automate campaign execution and performance monitoring. The role requires hands-on ownership of large-scale pipeline programs and continuous optimization based on funnel metrics.
