The VP of Finance will lead eJam's finance and accounting, manage budgets and forecasts, and oversee financial reporting while collaborating with other executives and managing a team.

Own development of conversion-focused landing pages, funnels, and checkout flows across multiple DTC brands. Implement and verify tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta/TikTok pixels, CAPI), customize Shopify/Liquid themes and checkouts, partner with CRO and media teams, run A/B test variants, and leverage AI-assisted coding tools to prototype and ship quickly. Work in-office in Santa Ana full-time.

The Executive & Personal Assistant will support the CEO with calendar management, travel booking, personal errands, financial tracking, and vendor coordination, blending personal and business responsibilities.
