Implement and verify tracking (GA4, GTM, Meta/TikTok pixels, CAPI), customize Shopify/Liquid themes and checkouts, partner with CRO and media teams, run A/B test variants, and leverage AI-assisted coding tools to prototype and ship quickly. Work in-office in Santa Ana full-time.

The Executive & Personal Assistant will support the CEO with calendar management, travel booking, personal errands, financial tracking, and vendor coordination, blending personal and business responsibilities.

Lead post-purchase lifecycle strategy for DTC/subscription brands across email and SMS. Build automated flows, retention systems, winback campaigns, cohort dashboards, and run A/B tests to increase LTV and reduce churn while partnering with Growth, CX, and Creative.
