Lead the go-to-market launch and commercial scaling of EBizCharge’s Accounts Payable and payments product. Develop positioning, messaging, sales pitches, collateral, objection-handling scripts, and high-converting demos. Personally manage early sales cycles, close initial customers, validate product-market fit, create repeatable sales playbooks, and eventually recruit and lead a sales team.

Design and maintain backend infrastructure for card-present payment terminals, including EMV, NFC, magnetic stripe, device management, certifications, international payment support, PCI DSS security, encryption, tokenization, and reliable transaction processing. Integrate terminal SDKs and hardware platforms, build .NET and C# services, lead EMV Level 3 certification, and mentor engineers.

Own the vision, prioritization, development, deployment, and support of ERP product integrations. Lead Agile ceremonies, collaborate with developers, designers, QA, leadership, and customers, and provide product guidance, troubleshooting, training, documentation, and issue prioritization. The role requires strong ERP product experience, Jira expertise, Scrum or product management experience, and onsite work in Irvine, California.
