Senior UX Designer leads user research, usability testing, information architecture, and interaction design for e-commerce flows. Owns research repository, defines UX patterns, builds wireframes/prototypes, ensures consistency and accessibility, and partners with Product Design and Engineering for scalable, component-based handoffs.

The Associate Director will manage and optimize business systems, lead a team of engineers, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure systems align with business goals.

Develop and maintain production schedules, manage inventory and safety stock, coordinate across Procurement, Production, Logistics, Quality and Engineering, schedule work orders and shipments, monitor WMS/ERP data integrity, and deliver performance and strategic analyses to improve efficiency and prevent stock issues.
