Leads cybersecurity, privacy compliance, internal IT, identity and access management, endpoint security, SaaS governance, vendor risk, incident response, and AI governance. Owns the security roadmap, risk register, privacy programs, enterprise control integration, audits, and executive reporting. Manages the IT function and develops team members while partnering with legal, marketing, eCommerce, data, and global governance teams.

Leads cross-functional product commercialization and strategic launches across Product, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Finance. Manages stage-gate processes, timelines, weekly meetings, launch communications, deliverables, and deadlines. Identifies process gaps, develops scalable solutions, drives operational efficiencies, and supports the growth of the Commercialization function.

Leads day-to-day operations with an outsourced customer support partner, including queue management, launch preparation, training, escalations, policies, macros, review moderation, NPS, CSAT, reporting, and customer sentiment programs. The role resolves complex issues, identifies process improvements, manages support platforms, and advocates for customer-focused solutions across Marketing, Operations, Retail, and Product teams.
