Senior UX Designer leads user research, usability testing, information architecture, and interaction design for e-commerce flows. Owns research repository, defines UX patterns, builds wireframes/prototypes, ensures consistency and accessibility, and partners with Product Design and Engineering for scalable, component-based handoffs.

The Associate Director will manage and optimize business systems, lead a team of engineers, develop strategic initiatives, and ensure systems align with business goals.

Own and optimize email and SMS lifecycle campaigns for engagement, conversion, and retention. Manage campaign calendars, segmentation in Klaviyo and Postscript, execute A/B tests, ensure deliverability and QA, partner cross-functionally, report performance, and recommend optimizations to drive revenue.

As a TikTok Creative Manager, you'll lead Dr. Squatch's TikTok strategy by developing content, managing creator relationships, and analyzing performance to grow brand presence and engagement.

Manage day-to-day ecommerce site operations and Shopify/CMS content, configure promotions/discounts, execute product launches and campaigns, perform comprehensive QA and inventory updates, coordinate cross-functional launch timelines, analyze campaign performance, maintain processes and documentation, and recommend optimizations to improve site performance and customer experience.

Manage the creative product launch pipeline across packaging, artwork, and retail programs. Coordinate cross-functional teams, own proofing and approval workflows, lead launch meetings, track timelines/risks, consolidate feedback, and improve processes and tools to ensure timely, accurate asset readiness for product launches.
