Supports portfolio administration, accounting data oversight, global custody operations, reconciliations, client reporting, and outsourced service-provider management. Investigates data discrepancies, performs root-cause analysis, resolves operational breaks, maintains procedures and reports, and contributes to process improvement, automation, data quality, and risk-control initiatives.

Perform portfolio analysis and competitive intelligence to support client portfolio managers and distribution teams. Produce data-driven fund materials, presentations, and analytics; research market trends and peers; partner with investment and distribution teams to inform product positioning. Build deep expertise across investment strategies with a path toward product ownership and future client engagement.

Administer intermediary oversight for registered investment products, coordinate onboarding and due diligence, manage selling and servicing agreements, oversee transfer agent and Sub-TA fee activities, support board reporting, service provider oversight, operational reporting, and process improvements related to intermediary and transfer agent functions.
