The HCM Business Consultant identifies new business opportunities, manages sales cycles, negotiates terms, meets sales goals, and maintains client relationships while utilizing CRM tools and providing strategic guidance to clients.

Responsible for selling Solvo products and services, managing sales strategies, generating business opportunities, and maintaining client relationships while meeting sales quotas.

Generate and close new business through prospecting, channel partners, and networking. Own full sales cycle including pricing negotiations, implementation, pipeline management, and meeting quotas. Use CRM (Salesforce), prepare client presentations and executive summaries, travel frequently for client meetings and events, and provide coaching to teammates.

The Business Consultant identifies and cultivates new business opportunities, manages the sales cycle, negotiates contracts, and ensures client satisfaction while achieving sales goals.

Own strategic relationships for top accounts, align HCM strategy with client goals, drive retention and revenue through solutioning, coordinate SMEs, track roadmaps and outcomes, and identify upsell opportunities while managing escalations and compliance guidance.
