This role is designed for a driven sales professional who excels in prospecting, closing, and building long-term business relationships. You will join a leading Human Capital Management organization with decades of industry experience, supporting hundreds of thousands of businesses across the U.S. and internationally. The company provides comprehensive HR solutions, including payroll, benefits, compliance, and workforce management. This position offers significant earning potential through a combination of base salary, uncapped commissions, and long-term residual income. Key Responsibilities
Business Development • Identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities • Execute a strategic go-to-market sales approach • Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects Consultative Sales Approach • Analyze client needs and present tailored HR solutions • Position PEO and ASO services to decision-makers and executives • Quantify value and business impact for clients Full Sales Cycle • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through closing and onboarding • Conduct in-person and virtual client meetings • Deliver presentations to C-level stakeholders and business owners Partnership Development • Build referral channels through brokers and strategic partners • Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat and referral business Collaboration & Execution • Partner with internal teams to support deal strategy and client onboarding • Ensure a seamless transition from sale to implementation • Represent the organization professionally within the local business community Qualifications • High School Diploma required • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience (HCM, PEO, payroll, SaaS, or related industry preferred) • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas • Strong prospecting and closing skills • Experience building referral partnerships and networks • Ability to engage and sell to executives and business owners • Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality
