Lead operational readiness and cross-functional project implementations for dual-brand Applebee's/IHOP openings, conversions, and ownership transitions. Manage testing, system configuration, integrations, menu publishing, vendor coordination, and rollout. Provide data-driven insights, maintain documentation and standards, streamline workflows, and drive alignment across stakeholders to improve performance and guest experience.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Architecture & Design team: organize project documentation, maintain material library, track FF&E and finishes, coordinate vendors, process invoices, update templates and standards, and assist with rollouts. Ensure accessible, up-to-date design files and support cross-functional teams while gaining exposure to design processes and tools with opportunities for growth into more design-focused work.

Support execution of development marketing campaigns to generate qualified franchise leads and support new unit growth. Manage digital, email, paid media, social, and website content; maintain collateral and content calendars; support Field Marketing, events, vendor coordination, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive pipeline and local market activation.
