Executes IHOP off-premise marketing strategy across online ordering, delivery, catering, packaging, promotions, and eCommerce channels. Develops campaigns, menus, pricing initiatives, and systemwide communications; manages calendars, budgets, partners, and cross-functional projects. Analyzes performance and guest insights, improves digital ordering experiences, supports franchisees, and presents recommendations to leadership and internal teams.

Leads Applebee’s business analytics function and a team of three analytics professionals. Analyzes sales, traffic, profitability, forecasting, guest behavior, promotions, and competitive trends to guide growth. Partners with executives, franchisees, Finance, Marketing, Operations, IT, and Consumer Insights; owns KPI development, data governance, reporting validation, forecasts, executive reviews, and strategic recommendations. Mentors the team while advancing analytics capabilities, predictive modeling, and data-driven decision-making.

Lead onsite IT support for corporate users, owning Windows endpoint management, Microsoft Intune, device lifecycle, patching, security baselines, and vulnerability remediation. Administer Entra ID, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Teams, access controls, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access. Serve as an L3 escalation point, support VIP users, mentor service desk staff, manage tickets and SLAs, and provide hands-on walk-up and incident support.
