Manage end-to-end payroll operations across the US, India, and UK, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant processing. Lead an offshore payroll team, own payroll systems and integrations, support implementations and Workday Payroll rollouts, and oversee payroll accounting, reconciliations, audits, tax compliance, controls, and process improvements. Partner with PeopleOps, Benefits, and Accounting while resolving complex payroll issues and protecting confidential employee data.

Manage a portfolio of strategic enterprise customers to drive adoption, retention, expansion, and measurable business outcomes. Serve as a trusted advisor to executive stakeholders, create and execute success plans, lead executive reviews, identify risks and expansion opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver value and advocacy for the Demandbase platform.

Lead global month-end close, technical accounting (ASC 606/842, stock comp, business combinations), international consolidation, audits, and process automation. Manage and develop accounting staff, partner with FP&A, oversee equity accounting and payroll tie-outs, support M&A and treasury activities, and drive systems and controls improvements for a growing international SaaS company.
