Leads theatrical client services for a major studio partner, overseeing cinema and subtitling workflows from scripting and localization through mastering and digital distribution. Manages client relationships, title delivery, scheduling, billing, forecasting, risk resolution, operational improvements, and quality control. Directs and develops a team of client-facing associates while coordinating creative, technical, localization, operations, and scheduling teams to meet release deadlines.

Leads global theatrical subtitling operations, including translation, localization, quality control, timed-text compliance, DCP distribution, budgets, and P&L. Oversees teams across multiple regions, partners with creative and distribution leaders, researches AI-enabled workflows, improves quality and scalability, manages complex projects, and represents the company within industry groups.

Manage end-to-end localization projects and titles, ensuring on-time, within-budget, high-quality delivery. Coordinate internal teams, vendors, clients, and global stakeholders; facilitate kickoffs, monitor service quality and reporting, maintain billing accuracy, identify risks, resolve escalations, and drive localization process improvements.
