Manage title-release orders, work queues, bookings, work orders, scheduling, KDM access processing, and operational reporting. Coordinate with internal and external partners, maintain client-specific workflows, meet service-level agreements, resolve operational challenges, and ensure accurate, timely processing in a fast-paced media and entertainment environment.

Manage end-to-end localization projects from inception through delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, billing accuracy, and client requirements are met. Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and global stakeholders; facilitate kickoffs, monitor service quality and reporting, identify risks, and implement mitigation and process improvements. The role requires strong communication, data interpretation, escalation management, attention to detail, and familiarity with post-production and marketing campaign execution.
