Lead Daybreak's end-to-end data platform and analytics to inform business decisions: build and maintain dbt/Snowflake pipelines, dashboards, predictive models, and AI-powered workflows; partner cross-functionally to drive forecasting, ops improvements, and measurable initiatives that connect data to financial and operational outcomes.

Lead strategy, roadmap, and delivery of internal and external product platforms. Drive cross-functional initiatives with engineering, operations, analytics, and design. Own requirements, backlog prioritization, user research, KPIs, and post-launch performance. Improve operational efficiency and user experience, manage stakeholder communication, and support change management and adoption for high-volume, transaction-heavy customer workflows.

Lead forecasting, financial modeling, and analytics infrastructure to inform leadership decisions. Build dashboards, translate data into executive recommendations, and drive cross-functional initiatives end-to-end using SQL, R/Python, Excel, and AI-enabled workflows.
