Manages community affairs and stakeholder engagement for CyrusOne development projects across assigned markets. Builds relationships with officials, community organizations, businesses, and residents; supports zoning, permitting, entitlements, construction, and operations; identifies political, regulatory, community, and reputational risks; coordinates public meetings and communications; supports economic development, community investments, reporting, and market-entry strategies. Requires extensive travel across assigned Northern U.S. markets.

Leads data center operations engineering programs, including runbook development, process standardization, change management, documentation governance, and root cause analysis. Partners with reliability, electrical, and mechanical engineering teams to translate technical requirements into scalable operational processes. Manages program metrics, reporting, milestone visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement initiatives across critical infrastructure operations.

Oversee installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response for critical generator and backup power systems in data centers. Coordinate preventive maintenance, load testing, fuel management, remote monitoring, repairs, compliance, documentation, upgrades, and capacity expansion. Train teams and collaborate with site operations and contractors to ensure reliable, uninterrupted power and data center uptime.
