· You will bring your expertise to help us improve and refine our QA processes. · You will design test strategies and build test plans that appropriately balance coverage, time, and effort. · You will help design test cases that thoroughly test user stories, ensuring smooth releases. · You will build out regression and smoke suites to ensure proper coverage. · You will work with the Engineering Team to identify opportunities to add to our suite of automated tests. · You will own the Bug Backlog, organizing and prioritizing issues, so Developers have all of the information required, while keeping stakeholders up to date on status. · You will own the Quality of our web applications, making sure processes are inline with industry trends, and designed to maintain and improve quality standards.

You'll talk to a lot of prospective customers from all walks of life - HR people, CEOs, hiring managers etc. - in nearly every industry you can imagine. You'll talk to them about a product that has a base of loyal customers that love the product and can't imagine their hiring process without it. You'll become an expert at using a growing tech stack of sales acceleration and automation tools like Outreach.io, Drift, Lead Forensics, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You’ll be part of the glue that connects sales to marketing by nurturing leads from webinars, conferences and inbound content channels. You'll collaborate on the leads you generate with our Sales Executive & Leadership team, and foster mentorships in the process. As a Senior SDR, you’ll document and share your best practices, so they can be built into our program as repeatable processes for entry-level hires. You'll get prospects set up on free trials and/or get them set up with demo appointments with the Sales Executives, and foster mentorships in the process. You'll learn a ton about sales, the hiring process, our software, and business in general. You'll be expected to come up with great ideas on different ways we can go after the market and increase the leads we generate. You'll participate in monthly product meetings and help us decide what features should be added to the product.
