Manage California workers’ compensation defense caseloads for employers, insurers, and third-party administrators. Represent clients at hearings, depositions, mediations, and settlement conferences before the WCAB. Prepare pleadings, motions, correspondence, and case documents; conduct legal research; develop strategies; negotiate settlements; provide client updates; and coordinate with attorneys and support staff.

Manage insurance defense litigation cases from inception through resolution, including file management, case strategy, pleadings, motions, discovery, legal research, depositions, hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. The attorney will communicate with clients, insurers, opposing counsel, and courts while independently managing multiple cases and collaborating with legal staff.

Manage general liability and insurance defense cases from inception through resolution. Responsibilities include representing carriers and insureds, drafting pleadings and discovery, conducting legal research, taking and defending depositions, attending hearings and mediations, evaluating exposure, communicating with clients and opposing counsel, preparing cases for trial, and maintaining billing and deadline compliance.
