Qualify prospects, revisit stalled and lost opportunities, develop client referrals, and own deals from initial call through signed contract. The role requires disciplined pipeline management, persistent follow-up, competitive self-measurement, and strong customer focus. It is fully remote within the United States and involves direct daily work with the founder.

Manage a portfolio of dermatology client accounts handling billing questions, AR aging, denial resolution, and payer navigation. Support senior account managers, review EOBs/ERAs, research claim statuses, and use practice management systems (ModMed, EZDERM, Nextech, DrChrono, eCW). Contribute process improvements and use AI tools to increase efficiency while maintaining professional client communication.
