The Sales Manager will prospect and build relationships with local restaurants to promote and sell Chowbus' POS system, managing sales cycles and achieving KPIs.

The Sales Manager will drive Chowbus' POS system sales, prospecting restaurants, closing partnerships, and managing CRM activities to achieve sales goals.

Plans, launches, and optimizes paid social, LinkedIn, ABM, and email campaigns to generate qualified leads and pipeline from restaurant accounts. Manages campaign budgets, targeting, nurture journeys, automation, testing, and performance reporting. Partners with Sales and Marketing teams on account targeting, messaging, and coordinated outreach while optimizing campaigns for ROI and demo conversions.

Lead product positioning, go-to-market launches, lifecycle marketing, and content for Chowbus’s POS, software, financial services, and AI products. Develop messaging, customer campaigns, CRM workflows, sales enablement materials, and product education. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to improve adoption, retention, expansion, and renewals through research, competitive analysis, and performance testing.

Own Chowbus’s digital marketing presence across SEO, website/CMS management, analytics, reporting, and paid search. Develop SEO strategy, manage website pages and conversion tests, build performance dashboards, define the digital funnel, maintain lead data quality, and manage Google Ads budgets and optimization. Partner with content, design, Sales, RevOps, Product, and campaign teams to increase qualified traffic, demo requests, conversions, and marketing efficiency.

Develop and execute sales and commercial strategy, identify growth opportunities, and translate company goals into actionable initiatives. Lead product growth, pricing, packaging, commercialization, market research, competitive intelligence, and go-to-market recommendations. Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, and senior leadership to drive execution, enable sales teams, and manage cross-functional initiatives. Conduct customer discovery and market visits, travel regularly, and potentially build a small strategy team.
