Hybrid inbound/outbound Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting, qualifying inbound leads, booking discovery meetings, and collaborating with AEs, marketing, and RevOps to build pipeline and improve outreach. Tracks activity metrics and continuously develops selling skills.

Partner with sales to design and deliver IAM/IGA solutions and custom demos/POCs. Perform technical discovery, architect integrations using SAML/SCIM/REST, produce technical documentation, support RFPs, and collaborate with product and engineering to ensure smooth pre-sales to implementation handoffs.

Design, develop, and operate scalable backend systems focused on authentication and authorization. Lead secure REST API and IAM feature development, mentor engineers, perform security-first code reviews, integrate observability, and drive reliable production releases in a remote-first SaaS environment.
