Design user-centric responsive web experiences across multiple brands. Own end-to-end design cycles from research and wireframes to prototyping and dev handoff. Maintain component/UI kits, run A/B tests, analyze results, conduct IA/usability audits, and collaborate cross-functionally to align UX with business goals.

Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies and programs (TCPA, privacy, CMS, UDAAP); advise on regulatory changes; draft and negotiate contracts; manage outside counsel and litigation strategy; oversee statutory filings; collaborate with product, marketing, and partnerships; respond to regulators; lead a team of compliance professionals.

Lead technical onboarding and integrations for media and client partners: configure APIs and postbacks, validate XML/JSON payloads, diagnose and resolve integration issues, conduct QA and launch readiness, maintain technical documentation, and standardize onboarding workflows while coordinating with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Operations.

Own and grow a portfolio of publisher media accounts: drive retention, onboarding, content strategy, performance optimization, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven reporting to increase revenue and satisfaction.

Lead and coach a virtual network of independent, licensed Medicare insurance agents to drive revenue growth, monitor performance, ensure CMS compliance, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and improve sales processes and customer experience.

Lead a fully remote team of 25+ Medicare telesales agents to convert high-volume inbound calls into enrollments across Medicare Advantage, Supplement, Part D, vision, and dental products. Provide real-time coaching, monitor conversion and talk-time metrics, manage scheduling across 8am–8pm EST, ensure CMS compliance, partner with Quality/Compliance/WFM, and drive performance during Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
