Design and maintain data collection infrastructure and resilient pipelines, troubleshoot and resolve data defects, implement maintenance strategies, support BI/warehousing/reporting, build reports and visualizations, and collect/extract/clean data end-to-end, including real-time streaming and performance tuning.

Work with engineering to build APIs, backend services, and distributed event-driven applications supporting analytics and ML. Help design, build, and operate cloud-based systems, data pipelines, and scalable platform capabilities while collaborating with data teams.

Lead a fully remote team of 25+ Medicare telesales agents to convert high-volume inbound calls into enrollments across Medicare Advantage, Supplement, Part D, vision, and dental products. Provide real-time coaching, monitor conversion and talk-time metrics, manage scheduling across 8am–8pm EST, ensure CMS compliance, partner with Quality/Compliance/WFM, and drive performance during Annual Enrollment Period (AEP).
