The Opportunity…Brainjolt is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Paid Media Buyer to help scale our performance marketing efforts across platforms like TikTok, X (Twitter), Snapchat, Pinterest, or Taboola. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has hands-on experience managing campaigns at scale, and knows how to balance performance optimization with creative strategy. You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Paid Media and cross-functional teams to launch and refine campaigns that align with business goals.
How You’ll Contribute…Take full ownership of activating, testing and scaling a new performance marketing channel depending on your area of expertise
Develop and execute the strategy from the ground up including setup, creative development, campaign buildout, testing, optimization, and reporting
Lead creative ideation tailored to the platform’s native style
Design and run structured A/B tests across audiences, creatives, and placements to identify scalable wins
Monitor performance daily and make data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI and scale efficiently
Stay ahead of platform-specific trends, features, and best practices to keep campaigns high-performing and competitive
Collaborate cross-functionally to align media efforts with product priorities, seasonal moments, and revenue targets
5+ years of hands-on experience in paid media or performance marketing
Deep expertise in at least one non-Meta or non-Google platform (e.g., TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, Taboola)
Strong track record of optimizing for conversions, ROI, and scale
Highly analytical mindset with experience interpreting data and dashboards
Comfortable shifting strategy quickly in response to performance trends or business needs
Understanding of affiliate marketing, e-commerce ecosystems (especially Amazon), and digital consumer behavior
Strong instinct for identifying trending products, viral content, and seasonal demand drivers
