Partners with Product Development, Quality, Marketing, Finance, Sustainability, and Supply Chain to support new product launches and responsible sourcing. Develops market intelligence, financial models, sourcing processes, and team capabilities while managing complex categories and initiatives.

Supports brand strategy and product-line performance for Califia Farms. Analyzes category, consumer, competitive, syndicated, panel, sales, and research data to identify opportunities. Leads cross-functional innovation and renovation projects from concept through commercialization, develops packaging and marketing assets, executes programs, manages project timelines, and tracks marketing budgets.

Leads brand and product portfolio strategy for a consumer packaged goods product line. Responsibilities include managing revenue and margin targets, analyzing consumer and competitive insights, developing innovation and renovation projects, leading cross-functional launches, conducting consumer research, creating marketing plans, managing budgets, and partnering with Sales, Finance, R&D, and Operations.
