Lead and manage all accounting operations for a multi-entity SaaS company, produce GAAP financial statements, drive month/quarter/year-end closes, lead audits, ensure tax and regulatory compliance, implement accounting systems and controls, and mentor the accounting team to support scaling operations.

Lead and scale BuildOps' Data & AI engineering organization, owning data platform, pipelines, governance, ML/streaming infrastructure, operational discipline, and hiring to enable reliable AI/ML products and customer-facing data services.

Build and scale full‑stack product features and systems across frontend and backend. Own projects end‑to‑end from design through rollout and maintenance. Improve reliability, performance, observability, and scalability. Collaborate with Product and Design, mentor teammates, contribute to architecture and design reviews, and leverage AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining engineering judgment.
