Architect, build, and optimize a full-stack platform using React.js, Node.js, GraphQL, REST APIs, and SQL databases. Lead technical decisions, performance optimization, observability, testing strategies, and cloud-based deployments. Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews, evaluate technologies, and drive initiatives across multiple teams while collaborating with product, QA, customers, and leadership.

Build and scale full-stack product features, backend services, APIs, integrations, and user-facing applications. Own projects from technical design through rollout, monitoring, and maintenance. Improve system reliability, scalability, performance, observability, and resilience while mentoring engineers and contributing to architecture and engineering standards. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to solve ambiguous technical problems, and use AI-assisted development tools to improve software delivery.

Lead the company-wide enablement strategy across revenue, marketing, professional services, customer success, support, and AI teams. Own the BuildOps Academy, manage enablement staff, oversee Docebo LMS governance, embed AI into content and training workflows, and establish KPIs covering ramp time, certifications, productivity, customer adoption, and time to value. Partner with senior leaders and communicate progress and investment needs to executive and board audiences.
