Join a commercial finance group supporting lenders and borrowers in secured and middle‑market financing. Assist with drafting and reviewing financing documents, due diligence, coordinating closings, and supporting attorneys through all transaction stages. Manage multiple matters and deadlines while developing substantive commercial finance expertise.

Support litigation practice by analyzing facts, preparing and arguing pre-trial motions, managing modestly complex commercial cases, taking and preparing depositions, assisting lead trial attorneys, and independently managing small matters in state and federal court.

Handle complex commercial and business litigation matters including drafting pleadings and motions, legal research, e-discovery and document productions, discovery support, and trial preparation under senior attorney supervision. Work involves contract disputes, business torts, fraud cases; consumer class action defense and healthcare litigation experience preferred.
