Teams at Blue Origin

Design and lay out high-reliability aerospace PCBs involving digital, analog, mixed-signal, high-speed, RF, and high-power circuits. Collaborate across engineering teams, create schematics and documentation, resolve layout issues, maintain eCAD libraries, support DFM/DFA/DFT reviews, ensure IPC and manufacturing compliance, and improve PCB development processes. Provide technical guidance, mentor junior resources, review other layout work, and contribute throughout product development and production.

Leads mission systems engineering for complex space missions, including mission architecture, CONOPS, requirements decomposition, trade studies, interface management, verification and validation, integration and testing, and technical design reviews. Supports new product formulation, capture and proposal efforts, customer engagement, and national security space programs. Provides autonomous technical leadership across multidisciplinary teams and guides systems from concept through mission execution.

Leads end-to-end verification strategy for advanced satellite communication ASIC and SoC programs. Establishes methodologies, infrastructure, coverage, assertions, formal analysis, emulation, and signoff criteria across block, subsystem, and SoC levels. Guides verification of modem pipelines, FEC engines, digital beamforming, packet processing, and control fabrics; resolves complex failures, develops reusable verification frameworks, influences tool strategy, and mentors technical leaders.
