Lead mechanical design and development of cryogenic electric motors for lunar landers: design stators/rotors/windings, perform stress and thermal analyses, drive electromagnetic and performance modeling, manage supplier qualification and production readiness, and guide components through testing and flight qualification while collaborating cross-functionally.

Perform 1D–3D thermal and fluids analysis for spaceflight fluid systems, defining performance, requirements, sizing, and test criteria. Conduct propulsion/cryogenic trade studies, maintain models and documentation, present results, and collaborate with systems, design, and procurement teams across the product lifecycle from concept to flight.

Lead human factors engineering for Blue Origin's Lunar program: set HF requirements, drive verification strategy, perform task and human error analyses, run human-in-the-loop test campaigns, conduct anthropometric and ergonomic evaluations, influence system architecture, liaise with NASA Astronaut Office, mentor engineers, and contribute enterprise HF standards to support crew safety and operability for crewed lunar vehicles.
