Learn platform strategy, artist branding, and campaign execution through hands-on mentorship in a fast-paced label environment, working in-office alongside strategists, creatives, and producers.

Operate as the content operations lead for artists: plan pre-production, build and maintain content calendars, manage posting cadence across platforms, track performance, maintain documentation, and coordinate with directors, producers, and artists to keep social accounts active and consistent.
