I’m impressed by how colleagues within each org display our company principle of 'customer-obsessed.' When everyone lives the principle by 'asking yourself whether you would be impressed,' it makes building best-in-class products that much easier.

I really like my team and the work we do at Bestow. There are so many interesting problems to solve. Our Engineers and Product Managers are constantly seeking to move the needle to open new market opportunities that allow us to grow even faster.

One of the best ways to remain accessible is to proactively reach out and connect with others, both virtually and in person. In the office, I like to visit with people over lunch, and virtually, I use the Donut app via Slack to randomly connect with one new person in the company each week.
