Supervise specialists and associates, ensure accurate and timely wave execution, audit workflows, resolve exceptions, and drive corrective actions. Lead training, coaching, performance reviews, continuous improvement, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, inventory, quality, customer service, and HR teams. Apply distribution technologies and best practices to improve service, quality, productivity, and cost per unit.

Develop, test, deploy, and support RPA workflows and automation solutions across business teams. Translate stakeholder requirements into technical designs, integrate with systems such as SAP, troubleshoot production issues, document solutions, train users, and monitor automation quality and performance. The role also involves API and database integration, governance compliance, cross-functional project delivery, and participation in an on-call rotation.

Provide first-line SAP support for SCM processes (order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, warehousing). Manage incidents, write functional specifications, support implementations and upgrades, drive continuous improvements, and deliver training to users and new hires.

Oversee daily receiving operations including unloading trucks, inspecting and recording inbound material, performing WMS receipts, put-away, cycle counts, labeling, and supervising receiving personnel to maintain inventory accuracy and throughput.

Lead and manage a global key account, ensuring service levels across multiple business lines. Coordinate change requests and projects, monitor volumes and reporting, handle client inquiries, drive issue resolution, manage invoicing and payments, oversee P&L and financial forecasting, and lead a local team of 9–12 members while coordinating with global teams.
