Serves as a systems expert for RF, conveyor, and SAP platforms while promoting safety, accuracy, efficiency, and professional team oversight.

Manage complex global and North American technology projects across design, implementation, testing, and launch. Coordinate cross-functional teams, requirements engineering, fit-gap analyses, budgets, resources, quality, change management, stakeholder communications, training, and product adoption. The role focuses on implementing paperless processes and technology platforms within warehouse and supply chain operations.

Manage warehouse wave planning and order workflow to meet shift SLAs. Supervise specialists and associates, ensure accurate and timely wave execution, audit workflows, resolve exceptions, and drive corrective actions. Lead training, coaching, performance reviews, continuous improvement, cost control, and cross-functional collaboration with operations, inventory, quality, customer service, and HR teams. Apply distribution technologies and best practices to improve service, quality, productivity, and cost per unit.
