Provides broad People Operations support, including recruiting, onboarding, employee records, benefits, compliance, training, employee relations escalation, leave administration, workers’ compensation documentation, HRIS updates, reporting, and offboarding. Maintains accurate personnel and training records, supports California employment compliance, and coordinates with staffing agencies, Operations, Safety, and corporate teams. The role works in office and food manufacturing environments and may occasionally travel to other locations.
