Leads global commercial strategy for tacabrutideg, including HCP and non-personal promotions, omnichannel planning, launch readiness, congress assets, KOL engagement, and competitive preparedness. Partners with medical, market access, analytics, regional marketing, and cross-functional teams to execute a world-class pharmaceutical launch. The role leads agency and cross-functional partners without direct reports and requires approximately 20% international travel.

Provides strategic intellectual property counsel for biologic products, supporting R&D, manufacturing, business development, and commercialization. Responsibilities include building patent portfolios, conducting patentability and freedom-to-operate analyses, monitoring global patent law, supporting collaborations and transactions, reviewing publications, advising on regulatory exclusivity and trademarks, and assisting with litigation. The role requires extensive biopharmaceutical patent experience and collaboration with scientific and business leaders.

Own the quantitative and analytical foundation for R&D portfolio prioritization, valuation, resource optimization, and governance. Develop eNPV and probability-of-success models, integrate scenarios and competitive intelligence, and translate complex analyses into executive-ready recommendations. Partner with finance, commercial, program management, data science, and governance teams to build reusable dashboards, predictive tools, AI-enabled workflows, and consistent portfolio decision processes.
