Provide advanced HR business partner support: consult on performance management, compensation, employee relations, organization design, policy interpretation, training, talent acquisition, succession planning, and HR metrics. Resolve complex employee issues, coach managers, support organizational change, participate in hiring decisions, and may supervise 1–2 direct reports.

Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives and Board members: manage schedules, travel, meetings, expense reports, filing and document systems, produce PowerPoint presentations, administer board portal (Diligent), coordinate board meetings and office logistics, and handle various projects with discretion.

The Senior Customer Relationship Officer coaches and trains the Teller team, manages operations, ensures compliance with bank policies, and assists in performance evaluations and hiring.
