Provides HOA client account servicing, including customer information and due diligence verification, account opening and closure, documentation review, signature card updates, account maintenance, and data entry into the bank’s core system. Collaborates with senior specialists, analysts, relationship managers, and account executives to ensure accurate, compliant, and consistent processes while supporting clients virtually.

Develops and manages a portfolio of privately held middle-market business clients. Responsibilities include prospecting, expanding relationships, generating interest and fee income, advising clients on banking products, building referral networks, structuring and underwriting credits, and resolving account issues. The role requires strong knowledge of commercial lending, banking compliance, financial products, relationship management, communication, organization, and independent decision-making.

Investigates complex potential financial crimes, including fraud, money laundering, and terrorist financing. Reviews transactions and account records, researches supporting information, documents findings, prepares SARs, submits RFIs, recommends account retention or closure, and escalates cases when appropriate. The role also conducts cross-business reviews, communicates with internal and external stakeholders, and trains new investigators while ensuring compliance with BSA, AML, OFAC, and related regulations.
