Owns people operations and business operations, including employee lifecycle management, payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, employee relations, recruiting coordination, workplace operations, vendor management, and office administration. The role serves as the primary People Operations contact, maintains accurate records and recurring processes, supports California employment compliance, and improves operational systems while partnering closely with the COO and founders.

Leads and scales an SDR team responsible for qualifying inbound leads and booking meetings for Account Executives. Recruits, hires, onboards, coaches, and develops representatives; owns meeting targets, sales cadence, call quality, CRM hygiene, and performance reporting. Builds the SDR playbook, partners with Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations, improves lead routing and handoffs, and develops future team leaders and Account Executives. This is an on-site role in Santa Monica, California.

Manage a portfolio of customer and mentor accounts from onboarding through renewal. Conduct proactive outreach, monitor account health, resolve scheduling and mentorship issues, document interactions, and drive retention, renewals, and upgrades. Serve as the customer advocate while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve the experience. This is an on-site role requiring five days per week in the office.
