Generate new commercial real estate lending and financial consulting deals by prospecting property owners and brokers through phone, email, and in-person outreach. Build client relationships, provide service-oriented support, and meet performance goals based on contacts and closed transactions. Full training is provided.

Coordinates commercial real estate finance transactions by performing Excel calculations, verifying source documents, organizing closing materials, updating trackers and databases, reviewing templates for accuracy, and responding to internal status requests. The role requires strong attention to detail, time management, multitasking, writing skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. It is fully onsite in Los Angeles.
