The Lead Data Scientist will build, deploy, and improve machine learning models for a rental marketplace, managing projects from inception to launch and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Own and close net-new business in an assigned territory through high-volume outbound calling and emailing. Run full-cycle deals remotely (prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, close), maintain pipeline hygiene and forecasting in Salesforce/Gong, educate partners on product, and assist with account implementation after close. Requires coachability, strong communication, and willingness to travel up to 20%.

Own marketing channel performance tracking, reporting, and analysis. Design and analyze experiments (A/B, incrementality), build dashboards in Looker/Tableau, support LTV and forecasting models, identify measurement gaps, and translate analysis into clear recommendations for Growth, Marketing, and Finance stakeholders.
