Manage inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads and inquiries, convert prospects into booked appointments, coordinate scheduling across multiple med spa locations, document client interactions, track sales activity and conversion metrics, and support promotions, re-engagement campaigns, and appointment reminders. Collaborate with clinic and front desk teams to ensure smooth client handoffs.

Greet and assist medspa clients, manage check-ins, payments, appointments, inquiries, records, phone and email communications, and patient flow. Maintain an organized, welcoming facility and complete opening and closing duties. The role requires strong customer service, multitasking, administrative, and communication skills, with Mandarin fluency required. High performers may advance to a Sales Consultant position.

Lead provider coaching, training, and ramping across clinics. Use performance data to create personalized development plans, design scalable education programs, build a provider community, identify and share best practices, and partner on recruiting and onboarding. Travel frequently to deliver hands-on coaching, measure training impact, and drive clinical and business performance.
