Support full-cycle recruiting and HR operations for a multi-location med spa. Build candidate pipelines, conduct screenings, manage interview processes, own end-to-end onboarding, handle employee inquiries and offboarding, track recruiting metrics, and partner with clinic leaders to improve hiring and employee experience.

Manage and produce on-site photo and video content across Southern California clinics, publish and engage across social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Business Profile, Yelp, WeChat), run content calendars and performance monitoring, edit media, collaborate with clinic managers, and grow community while traveling daily between locations.

Lead operational and strategic management of a $20M, five-clinic portfolio in Los Angeles. Own P&L, coach Clinic Managers, drive integrations (Zenoti EMR), implement SOPs, manage vendors, ensure compliance, support growth and post-acquisition integrations, and train junior operations staff. Must be LA-based, onsite 3-4 days weekly, and fluent in Mandarin.

Answer and manage inbound/outbound calls to convert leads into appointments, follow up on missed calls and web inquiries, schedule across locations using practice management software, document client interactions, collaborate with clinic teams, and support outbound promotions and appointment reminders.
