Own full-cycle technical recruiting across hardware, software, AI/ML, and generalist roles. Responsibilities include sourcing niche candidates, partnering with hiring managers, developing job descriptions and interview processes, managing candidate pipelines, negotiating offers, maintaining recruiting infrastructure, tracking hiring metrics, and supporting employer branding. The recruiter will help build the company’s talent function and processes from the ground up in a fast-moving startup environment.

Own outbound sourcing and top-of-funnel pipeline generation for specialized hardware, software, AI/ML, aerospace, defense, robotics, and deep-tech roles. Build talent maps, target company lists, search strategies, and creative outreach campaigns; qualify candidates and partner with hiring managers on candidate profiles. Support employer branding, track sourcing metrics, maintain ATS hygiene, and help build the sourcing function and processes in an early-stage startup.

Lead and build the finance function: set financial strategy, deliver GAAP financial statements, own budgeting/forecasting, manage audits, support fundraising, oversee cash flow, tax compliance, payroll, AP/AR, and implement scalable financial systems and processes.

Build and run material operations for a new manufacturing facility: implement inventory practices, select and configure ERP/MRP, manage procurement and suppliers, run shipping/receiving, triage shortages with engineers, and establish reporting and inventory strategies to support rising production rates.

Translate EBOMs to MBOMs and routings, create work instructions, fixtures, and tooling, define assembly work centers and quality/inspection criteria, provide DFM feedback, identify and fix production/process issues, and design production tooling to scale lab builds into low-volume manufacturing.
